500Hr yoga Teacher Trainings

 
 

Our 500 Hr.  Advanced Yoga Teacher Training consists of 3 separate 10 day programs designed to support you with the ongoing expansion of your craft. These modules can be taken in any order. Each day you will take a class aimed at refining your personal physical practice and deepening your understanding of posture variation.  Mindfulness Meditation, Breath Practice, self-inquiry, and journaling will be included each day. Each module contains a specific anatomical focus in which we will study structure, function and applications in sequencing. Common injuries and their implications with yoga will be included.

This program is 1 of 3 Modules required for 300HR Teacher Certification.  (Note Classification of Modules are changing to a new format.  Any hours taken with Stacy & Dave Dockins still count towards certification.)

**Reserve your spot with a $500 deposit then half of the remaining balance will be due 3 months prior to the start. Final payment will be due 30 days prior to the start.

**Students are responsible for their own travel to and from the resort.
