Stacy & Dave Dockins (owners of the Yoga Project studios) are lead directors of the Yoga Project teacher training school. At the Yoga Project - School of Yoga we believe that your biggest teacher is already within you. We believe that the practice of mindfulness gives you all the tools you need to land in presence and therefore live your freest, happiest, most powerful life. The rest is up to you!
We believe that learning to CONNECT with your students trumps all other skills you will learn. We show you how to keep joy and connection alive in your teaching. We teach you how to weave the central teachings of yoga and mindfulness into everything you teach. You will learn how to articulate this in a way that speaks to today’s modern world. Most importantly, we will teach you how to do this within a dynamic class!

We know that stepping into something new can be a challenge in it self. Just be assured that we've been there and we're here to make your transition and learning fun and stress free. Yoga and mindfulness doesn't have to be strange or difficult. Follow this link to information designed to get you all ready to step into your first class.
Here is a chance to experience and learn something new! We give our yoga teachers the opportunity for them to study their passion and then teach it to all of us. Workshops are usually 1.5 - 2 hours and are open to everyone. Many workshops require no prior yoga experience while others are for those somewhat advanced. We can't think of a better way to spend an afternoon while supporting the passion of learning.
YOga & Mindfulness Retreats
To retreat is to step away from the normal. We at the Yoga Project see retreats as a great opportunity to not only step away from our everyday lives but to also explore something new. We practice yoga and mindfulness but we also experience the magical land of where we are. We retreat to Costa Rica, Bali & Thailand. Come join us!
